Hey- hey now!
Don't second guess this just yet!
I think that a one colour macro water droplet shot isn't all that easy to shoot.
This is a great start, and it takes time making that camera do what it wasn't made to do.
Believe me I know, I have the exact same camera!

Too much light and it turns blindingly white.
Too little of light and the predetermined "shutter speed" blurs the shot and gives the picture a lot of noise.
Getting the right distance away from your water droplet set up is very important.
Also don't use this setting you chose on your Nikon L110, it has issues that I found that made my older macro shots
harder to capture.
Try using the Auto Mode instead of the Macro Mode, and set your ISO to 100 at the minimum, and if needed set the ISO at 200 and no higher for this camera.

I'm sure you know that the higher the ISO, the more noise your photos will have.

Just keep snapping away and keep your chin up and smile.
You'll get it to look the way you wish it to soon enough.
